Despite offering an exceptional product line grounded in natural recipes, oils, and herbs, Herb & Root faced an all-too-common issue: an incredible product, but no scalable structure.

The founder, deeply passionate and knowledgeable about her formulas, was wearing every hat — running ads, managing influencers, handling operations — and burning through personal savings in the process. Sales were inconsistent, mostly driven by discounts. While her audience praised the products, they weren’t sticking around.
